This is one of my favorite teas. The spices are pure but not over powering the smooth black tea. No bitterness at all.

Really good flavors while not too strong and not overwhelming either. Really good balance and this will be my go to chai henceforth. Really like this.

I started trying out different tea brands and blends around the holidays. Some were meh! Others were better. But, after trying my first cup of The Tao of Tea 500 Mile Chai tea, I was hooked. Upon opening my first packet, I was surprised with the pleasant aroma. But after that first sip, I was caught up in the moment! The combination of each ingredient was perfect. The flavors danced on my tongue. I’m amazed with this tea! Adding a bit of International Delight Vanilla Creamer was a flavor enhancer. But, for those of you who are affected by caffeine jitters, it might be better sipped on early or late afternoon rather than evening. Otherwise, it might adversely affect your ability to fall sleep. I’d definitely recommend this brand and specific blend, as it’s my fave now! Enjoy the experience of 500 Mile Chai. ☕️

I like tea a lot and I like to drink a cup a day, but I definitely wouldn't call myself a tea connoisseur or anything. But! This was a pretty affordable find for black tea, considering it's sachets and not tea bags, and the taste definitely isn't lacking to make up for that affordable price! This black tea has a pretty strong flavor, so steeping it for the 3 minutes it recommends actually garners quite a robust and strong black tea taste. I'm very happy with this purchase, and I'll definitely be regularly buying it.

I almost always order high quality loose tea direct from China. I ordered this tea primarily for the novelty as I have never had tea from Vietnam. I was pleasently surprised by the very high quality appearance and taste. It has light flavor and body. Taste like malt, honey and Cocoa. As good as any Dianhong I've tried. This will not be the last tea I try from Vietnam.

I don’t understand why companies change their products - but for the worse. Cost cutting? Do they test them first? This new packaging requires scissors to open it. Or, if you’re lucky, occasionally one of the edges will tear and not damage the tea bag. The flavor is not as robust. The name of the tea is not printed on the individual packets, nor the temp/steep time. Not convenient when traveling with multiple teas. I’ve ordered this product countless times and now prefer an alternative; will keep my eyes out for reviews.
