My kids are 10, 6 & 5 - they have been on this for about 90 days now. They love it & I have seen great results in their day to day. Better focus, less tantrums, better sleep & wanting better nutrition. It’s super easy to use, they don’t complain about the taste at all I can easily draw it in the dropper & they stand like baby birds one by one. If I don’t give it to them right away they remind me - that’s how much they love it!
