I used this knee wrap on my arm to treat tennis elbow (the way it’s made, you can use it on any joint). After several months of limited use of my elbow and minimal improvement, I decided to try this red light wrap and was impressed by how well it worked. I am SO GLAD to have finally found relief! I use the wrap on full power for 30 minutes a day. The wrap gets comfortably warm (not hot), the app is easy to navigate, and the technology WORKS! I wish I had found it sooner!

I have purchased other products with this company and they were great m, but have recently had knee and wanted something targeted. This was perfect and can use it with out it sliding off.

I've used this every day for almost 3 weeks, between 30 to 60 minutes a day for tennis elbow. So far it has done nothing to relieve the pain.

Three heat settings. Not as warm as a heating pad. So will see if I see a difference once I've used for longer period of time.If anything feels pretty good as a brace for my knee.
