O'Hares Ranch (A Holinight Novella)

never ever end this series 😭
My favorite favorite favorite smutty things that barely ever get written about is rope play, breath play, and the curiosity of actions like that being explored. The fact that she had one of them in this book and so carefully written with so much detail feels like a treasure.I feel that way with a lot of the kinks she’s written about (hello, four leaf) and she’s one of my favorite authors.I always complain that the books are short which is yes a haha / maybe flattering thing to complain about? However I say it’s a legitimate complaint because she writes such wonderful characters that truly interest me. Writes couples that fit and banter. She creates lives that I want to read way more about and sometimes it feels glossed over. However the books are novellas so, I guess it’s to be expected 😂I’m so sad this series is ending.

O’hares Ranch
5 years of slow burn to the ultimate Easter Egg Hunt. Such a good city girl cowboy romance. Definitely a rope bunny in the mix.

I just adore these novellas
I was immediately in love with the O'Hares ranch and the absolute amazing Cowboy Andrew Dawson. I don't know how Lee did it in a novella, but seeing Harper and Andrew 5 years of mjsses opportunity, I felt the disappointment of missed connection what felt like 5 years. But the roosters aligned, and finally, they had a night where all their naughty dreams come true. I live a rigger kink, and this did not disappoint. How she has me falling in love with characters so quick never gets old.

I was hoping for more from this.
3⭐️ 2🌶️- MF- Slow Burn- Cowboy- Small town- Primal- 🪢 PlayI was so excited for this book! I thought it would be my fav Lee book based on the rope wielding cowboy alone! But this book was too much of a slow burn for me for me considering the lack of spice. We got one long extended spicy scene after years of waiting and while it was incredibly hot, I needed more.

Team #NoSleep
The way I blatantly disregard my body's need for rest every time I start a new Lee Jacquot book is downright cruel. But it's worth the under eye concealer and extra cup of coffee every time because the way her books go straight to my Most Favorite of All Time list is fuel for my reader's heart.Lovable, relatable characters? Check.Engaging storyline that makes you both love and hate that it's novella length? Check.Steamy, spicy goodness? BIG check. If Lee can agree to never stop writing, I solemnly swear to forfeit unlimited hours of sleep to every word she publishes. 10/10. I also now want a rooster named Tall John, which is an issue because I live in the suburbs where that is frowned upon.

Love!
4.5/5 ⭐️4/5 🌶️I loved Andrew and Harper. This novella spans over 10 years and while it is definitely more smut than plot it felt like we had a lot of good storyline. I love a good short, smutty, to the point, and HEA book. This one delivered in all the areas! As always, check for TWs and happy reading!
