Great little mattress!
I get cold easily and needed something lightweight for backpacking that would keep me relatively warm at night. The weight and size are great for packing in, and it kept the cold from seeping into me on low 40's nights. It's pretty narrow, so for people who thrash around in their sleep, this probably won't do. I'm a back-and-side sleeper and it was perfect for that - my hip and shoulder did not sink into the ground, which pleasantly surprised me, considering how thin the mattress is. Except for the narrowness (which I eventually figured out how to navigate), it's extremely comfortable, especially for a lightweight mattress. Some people have complained about the noise, which I didn't find problematic at all. It does make some noise when you move around, but certainly not enough to keep ME awake! It does seem somewhat 'delicate' so I just make sure not to put it on anything rough or sharp, to avoid poking a hole in it, but it comes with a patch kit in case that happens. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

Great Backpacking Sleeping Pad
This is a great sleeping pad and SO SMALL AND LIGHT WEIGHT! I slept 4 comfortable, firm nights on it on my most recent trip, and I couldn't feel the ground at all. Also, it was quick to deflate (I just laid on it and opened the valve) and easy to roll up and put back into the stuff sack.Con: It is noisy, but not noisy enough to outweigh all of the pros!

The most comfortable mattress around that weighs less than a pound
I've had my NeoAir since 2016, used it several hundred nights, and so far it has experienced two pinhole leaks that were easy to fix. Naturally, you have to treat it nicely, no sleeping on cactus spines or sharp rocks, for instance. But with decent care, this mattress can easily outlast the many cheaper competitors, and over the long run it costs less per night and is less likely to let you down. It is a bit narrow; if you sleep on your back, your arms will tend to fall off onto the ground, which feels weird and is cold. And it sometimes makes strange squeaky noises when you move at night. But I've been backpacking for over 50 years, and this is definitely the most comfortable backpacking mattress I've ever known.

The valve sucks but when it works, it's great!
I've done about 5000 miles with a series of these pads. When they work, they work great! The R value is huge for the low weight, I used to always get cold on foam pads. The problem is that the valve keeps busting. My first pad went somewhere around mile 7 or 800 on the AT and was a gradual progression to blowing it up 6 times a night (a total of 2100ish miles on that pad). They didn't email me back for a month even though I mentioned I was a thru-hiker, and when I called a couple weeks in they said I had to mail the pad and was very rude honestly. Um, I'm thru hiking, I can't get off trail for a week or two to mail to you. Apparently this guy was not following the usual policy which is very hooking up thru hikers. On the PCT it again failed after about 8-900 miles and I called (do NOT email, I did that too and again it took a month), the rep was super nice this time and was able to arrange for a loaner to be sent in maybe 2 weeks, at which point I'd send mine in for repair. The loaner was not the same pad which was a huge drag, it weighed a lb more, and didn't fit inside my pack, but at least I had a pad. My pad was kaputz and they sent me a new pad, which failed rapidly (blowing up 6-8 times/night) about 250-300 miles in. Ugh. Not the way to do the Cascades and Sierras. Again after sending in my pad once my hike was over they just sent me a new one. 100 miles of desert hiking so far and it's been ok. To be honest if I had more $ I would consider something else, but there's not a ton of UL options (Big Agnes has a new pad out with similar specs but few reviews). I have heard from European hikers that the pads they buy, manufactured in Ireland instead, do not have this issue with the valve busting. Can't confirm this though.

Very Expensive mistake
This is the most uncomfortable thing ever to sleep on. Imagine sleeping on a pool floaty. All the positive reviews saying this is the most comfortable mattress ever is a huge lie. Plus this thing is so narrow, if you turn, your body will end up on the floor. Only thing that is good is extremely lightweight and insulating to cold floor. I ended up buying a memory foam mattress that is 1000 times comfier.

Expensive and noisy, but comfortable
For the blind and deaf it will be a nice mattress. Its thick, lightweight, compact and comfortable, but it has a candy wrap noise when moving on it. The only color available for this size is yellow ( as of today ) that is both ugly and dirty.

Very comfy mat but runs small
I am around 5 feet and bought this mat for backpacking and camping trips. So far the mat does not take too long to inflate and it maintains during use. The only issue is that it is a bit small for a person my size since I had to make sure to stay right in the middle to avoid falling off the mat during use. I would get a bigger size if you are around 5 feet and especially if you are taller than that! Otherwise, I would highly recommend for a comfy sleep.

Uncomfortable
Unless you are a very narrow person this pad has an unbalanced pool float feel. Partially because air does move inside with your movements and you feel it, plus the pad is sooo narrow, your elbows are outside the pad. This a very unusual feeling thats not conducive to sleeping. Yes its noisy to move on, to be expected at this point. It is fairly warm. The valve system sucks, why CD cant design a flat valve with a dump is beyond me, makes the fiddliness of inflation and especially deflation a breeze. CD simply imposes a penalty on you and forces you to spend your morning squeezing air through that little valve.I think unless the R value of this pad is exactly what you need, then there are better options. The pros to this pad are the warmth to weight ratio. Thats where the pros end. The cons are everything else, form, function, fiddly, comfort. And at the end of the day if you're not getting a good nights rest, it just makes a trip miserable.

Comfy if you like sleeping on a balloon that you need to pumped every 2 hours and to be cold!
Doesn't stay pumped. Feels like sleeping on a balloon, making me wake up because I think I'm falling out of it (I'm soooo used to camping mattress...this one is the worst I've tried!). And I was too cold I could sleep only every other night. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! You should even pay to be sure to never sleep on that sleeping pad!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!
Air leaking from the cap, impossible to inflate. Same issue noted on the comments. It seems the problem is coming from the vendor.

You get what you pay for
The BEST camping pad I’ve slept on. Previously my hips and shoulders ache but this is like a mattress. I’ve used it 3 times now, also warm but not tested it in really cold conditions yet. You get what you pay for, and this is worth every penny (just a lot of pennies).

warm leicht gut
