Great PC for family member
I got this PC for my adult disabled in a group home that needed a computer with WIFI access. This is a great price for that need. All my son does is watch Youtube videos so this has been a great PC with Windows 11, HDMI and WIFI access. We won't need to update his old PC to Windows 11 so this is great. He wasn't used to having to put in a code to get to the desktop but so far it has been working just fine for his needs.I plan to get another one once the funds are available to do so.

Description is off, no instructions, non-standard BIOS
UPDATE 3-24-2024:I hate when I'm wrong.... but I was.In my original review, I indicated that I wasn't able to boot from Linux on a Distro USB. It turns out, I was using a very old version of a USB with CentOS-7. I have since updated my copy of Rufus and have created a new USB stick with CentOS-7 on it. Sure enough, this version works. After updating Rufus and creating the new USB stick, when I boot into the BIOS, I'm able to see the USB with CentOS-7 as an option. I can then tell it to use that as the #1 boot option. and moved the SSD to the #2 boot option.I still can't figure out how to boot from my network server. I might actually need to use a chain boot from a USB stick or another partition on the SSD.I'm not accustomed to this BIOS, but I am getting there... I've had to spend a lot of time trying to tweak various options.ORIGINAL Review:This is a great little computer. But...The description says "16GB RAM 512GB M.2 SSD". I don't know what that refers to, but there is only 8B of RAM and the SSD is only 256GB. The description also says that it's a 3.4GHz processor, but the processor only thinks it's 1.7GHz. The description also says that it "supports Linux, Ubuntu..." Ubuntu is Linux, but either way, I have yet to figure out how to install Linux of any kind. It doesn't seem to want to boot from USB or a network boot server.So... lets back up. This is a great little box. And I do mean little. It's about the size of the dock for my HP laptop. It's very quiet, and compact. This will certainly clear up some space on my desk. I could probably even mount this on the backside of one of my monitors. It has almost all of the connections I'd expect and want. 3 USB's in the front, and 2 USB's in the back. Along with the 2 HDMI.Right out of the box, it came up on both of my 2K monitors without having to set anything. It does seem to have a lot of power for such a small box. But so far, I haven't really run much of a load.I hadn't intended to use Windows 11 on this box. I was hoping to install Linux. So far, I haven't been able to get it to boot from any of my Linux distro USB drives. It took quite a while just to figure out how to get into the BIOS, but that didn't help much because the BIOS don't seem to be standard... or from a vendor I recognize. My other boxes allow me to select the device I boot from. This doesn't seem to have a boot device menu and I can't seem to set the boot device order anywhere in the BIOS.So, for now, I'm stuck with Windows...I took one star off because of a few things. The description says this is bigger and faster than it actually is. If they intended to say that you could upgrade the memory and SSD, they shouldn't have put that in the description summary. That there is such a big discrepancy between the advertised CPU and the actual, to me is disappointing. I'm also disappointed that the BIOS isn't intuitively useable.

Good server
Comes with windows 11 pro and has decent performance for a server out the box. Very small and can fit anywhere, perfect for a gaming server.

Not worth it
This thing is borderline garbage. Most of the downloads are corrupted due to crappy storage, it's very slow and very buggy. It looks like an android box and works about as well as an android box. I would not recommend this item.

A Nice Computer
As others have said, this PC will not replace a system with a faster processor and more RAM (which would cost a lot more), but it is more than great at what it can do/is supposed to do. I have nothing against benchmarking software; I simply do not use it as I prefer to gauge my thoughts based on personal experience. Some users utilize their PCs for processor-intensive reasons such as gaming, while others surf the Internet, send email, and compose documents. Although I do not play on any of my computers, I get the feeling (through familiarity) that this Mini PC can handle many games that do not utilize many resources (graphics or RAM). If you want to use it for basic computing, look no further; it will be sufficient for such needs. As I own another Mini PC with a more powerful processor and double the RAM, I can tell this one is a bit slower, but it is not noticeable enough to discount it as advantageous. As a result, I may set it up as a computer to replace my laptop or use it solely for my security cameras (adding an external HDD or upgrading the SSD for more storage). I also might turn it exclusively into a media server for movies converted from Blu-ray/4K. All of those options are available and within the PC's capabilities. It is still tiny, but not as small as my other Mini PC. The available ports (USB 2.0 x2, USB 3.0 x2, HDMI x2, USB-C x1, and LAN x1) all work and are highly convenient in placement. My unit came with Windows 11.Every once in a while, I hear the fan, but that is not a negative thing. It is hushed, but it lets me know it works to keep the components inside at a safe temperature (which is very important). The build is durable/solid. It is more than I hoped for, and I can feel confident moving on from my laptop (which I have never gotten used to). The ability/need to add a monitor, keyboard, and mouse is positive to someone like me as they allow for customization that makes for a more comfortable experience. I am delighted with this computer and recommend it to anyone looking for a secondary (or possibly even a primary) PC. For the price, you cannot go wrong. I like this little thing a lot more than I could ever imagine. Technological advancements are incredible.

Solid little computer especially as a occasional windows machine.
This is a great little windows machine. I am an apple guy, but I need a windows computer for one program that is necessary for work. I've been using a desktop windows machine for years but it was large and outdated. This little guy fit the bill perfectly. I was able to just stick it on the back of my monitor and use my monitors built in KVM switch. Setup was easy. The first boot took a long time but Windows install was straightforward after that. Looks great on my 4K monitor. I really only need it for one program which is very basic and it is great for that. I did use it over a weekend when I left my Mac at work and web browsing and basic app use felt snappy and efficient. I even did a session with Adobe Illustrator that was decent. Photoshop was too slow. Bootups are fast and overall it's a great solution if you need an occasional Windows machine.
