Got these for our Lethal Company helmets. It was exactly what I was looking for- blocks view from the outside but you can still see well from the inside! It made everything darker, naturally, but I was surprised with how well I could see with it on. Definitely recommend for cosplayers!

I've used the Hobart shields in the past because I read that they're the only ones that are truly black and don't have a green tint, but as another reviewer points out, they have an area of imprinted text that cannot be used and they tend to run a bit more expensive. Maybe they are the best for their primary use, but for cosplay helmets, I don't need to spend the extra bucks for something I'm cutting up and putting on a shelf.The best part about this shield is that, while the listing says it is 'Green' or 'Dark Green', it is actually a really dark black. I don't see any green tint at all. Perfect. I will be using these shields for future projects.

Pretty good backup option when Hobart visors are out of stock, if they were actually cheaper than Hobarts I'd use em as my primary but they unfortunatly are not.They're a tad darker than Hobarts, enough where you may not want to use both together on the same project, and just a hair thinner but not enough to effect how they bend or cut. Otherwise are entirely interchangeable though.
