Great item for shoulder pain relief.
I love it! The low setting provides enough heat for my needs and it lasts through 18 holes of golf. Definitely helps my shoulder pain.

Good but certainly NOT quiet!
Pros - As for being a bigger person, I really like the adjustability. I was concerned when it arrived how small it was boxed and didn't think it would fit. Needless to say it fit and I still had extra to tighten.Heats up very fastEasy to useComfortableCons - IT IS VERY NOISY, the vibration is very loud.Once on the controls seem far away and kind of a hassle to adjust.There really isn't much difference in the 3 different vibration settings.

Beeps when charging
Works great, but beeps when charging. Reminds me of being in a hospital and listening to your heart monitor. Also charge doesn't last very long.

Difficult to figure out how to use
Purchases for my husband.... he has not yet used because he can not figure out how to get it "strapped" on and use correctly....

Perfect for the shoulders
I have constant shoulder pain. It's a problem to try and find a heating pad that will stay on my shoulder without falling off. I didn't know they made them to fit specific body parts. I absolutely love how this works. Gets nice and warm and stays right where it's supposed to.
