My son and his daughter and relatives had fun chasing the huge bubbles.

This giant bubble wand works very nicely. Just get a large bucket, fill with bubble solution, then dip this wand in and swish it around in the air. It makes SUCH LARGE bubbles, the kids just love it. It is kind of an art to try and make the biggest bubble you can. Very fun and easy to use, and a great price. Would recommend.

When I first opened this, I was a little disappointed. For $15, I really didn't see the value in the materials that were included.Having used it, though, I get it.This is something you could technically make yourself but it would look like a weird DYI project that would be fine as an experiment in the back yard with your kids but not necessarily something I'd want my kids to be playing with in the park per-say.Call me petty but people judge.Anyway, the added benefit is they already got things right with the material that soaks up the bubble solution and holds the mouth of the bubble so no experimenting with clothes line and ribbons and stuff to try to find something that works.In addition it comes with a mix you add to water and dish soap to make something that allows the creation of some pretty huge bubbles. They don't last long but boy are they fun to make.After a fun afternoon, we all came back in the house already pre-soaped up for showers!In the end, it was a small price to pay for something that worked so well out of the box and created so much fun.

As like previous bubble products I have purchased definitely doesn’t make the big bubbles like it says it does. Tried everything that was recommended still nothing definitely won’t be purchasing again

My 5yo, like so many other kids, has been in love with bubbles since he was a baby. We have gotten him many different bubble things throughout the years but this is by fat the coolest. It doesn't look like much, but it is really cool and we have had a blast. There is a mix for the bubbles and instructions included. Must have for any little one.

40-foot-long bubbles is a bit of a stretch, but this does make some big bubbles. It can be a bit tricky for little kids as you need to be able to hold the wands up high enough so that the loop doesn't drag on the ground, though you can shorten the loop in a couple different ways. I found that making the recipe more toward the watery side seemed to work better. I started with a 1/4 recipe as I didn't want gallons of bubble solution. 4 cups water, 1/4 cup soap, 1/2 tablespoon special powder, and mixed in an old yogurt tub worked well.There's definitely a learning curve for how to make great bubbles. The media could not be loaded. Overall this wand is plenty of fun for the younger ones. It does a decent job at creating large bubbles. You will have to take into consideration the outdoor conditions as wind will wreak havoc with the process. In addition, you will need to ensure that the bubble bath is created in accordance with the instructions. There is a special powdered mixture (included) that you must add to the dish soap & water which helps create a soapy consistency for the bubble wand. If you simply dump water and dish soap together, I can tell you there will be no bubbles. The water mixture will be too thin for the wand.The wand rope looks like it was loosely crocheted, it is a soft thin type of material with lots of gaps in various sizes. The rope has a wide profile which I was skeptical about as I really didn’t think the material would hold soap, I thought it would be too heavy given how much material there is. Much to my surprise it did a pretty good job at gathering and holding soap in all its crevices. I ordered for my grandchildren and my granddaughter (age 7) was a quick study (see video). She went right to work creating bubbles and had a blast. We found that it was somewhat difficult to create a humongous bubble using the width of the wand so we made a smaller width that she could handle and it worked well. The instructions provide steps for decreasing the wand width. She also found that she could spin the wand rope in a circle creating hundreds of little bubbles (result of all those crevices). It is fun for the little ones and if done right you should have success!
