The accompanying instruction manual is in chinese so good luck figuring out the settings. It has an inbuilt clock and alarm as well but learning to set them took trial and error. The plastic moulding feels high quality. Hopefully this will last a while. The timer works and helps you take control of your day better.

After reading the Manual that came with the Kitchen Timer fully and inserting fresh batteries instead of the ones came in the package, the TIMER is working well as designed. I hereby revise my earlier review. It is definitely a good product, and very useful one for COUNTING UP TIME, and for COUNTING DOWN TIME. It serves very well my purpose for which I purchased it. I change my earlier opinion about the SELLER. I'm sorry for the hasty decision. He had initially dispatched a genuine and good product. The batteries he had sent are not good. I thought the TIMER itself arrived DEAD. Thank you, Seller, thank you, amazon.

now is too early to write this review, because it has been only 2 days since i received this timer... but so far i am happy with it.i had ordered the orange and white timer, but they sent me an all white. i am willing to overlook this minor gaffe... because the timer (countdown) functionality is so freakin good!over the past few years the app i have used most frequently (besides whatsapp, telegram, instagram - in private mode, a few games, etc) would be the timer functionality on my android/ios devices. i "dig" countdown timers.at one point in time i had a cheapie android phone with all sorts of timer apps installed... from the play store and from f-droid. but wasting a 10k device with 8 gb ram and 128 gb rom only for timers seemed like an overkill. so i searched for "countdown timers" and found this beautiful product.although i am no design expert, i think... if dieter rams had designed a timer, this could be it. (those who have a design background would know what a huge statement i am making here!)but this is truly a fantastically well designed timer. i would still change a few minor things, but aesthetically, this is a beautiful timer. i love it.
