My experience with both Ambre and Lumos is a positive one. Both frags smell really really pretty. They do smell somewhat similiar so layering them made for a really nice signature scent. I stumbled upon this accidently. Now dont get me wrong, they ARE stand alone great frags and are not twins.Ambre reminds me of Black Opium by YSL DNA. Is it exact? No. Little sister or distant cousin? Yea. Once you smell Ambre you'll know exacly what I mean & why I say that. It's so sexy. Alluring. Right amount of that sorta cloudy/powdery scent. Heavenly. Now Lumos is greener. More vegetive. Floral. Little vanilla and lovely jasmine. Earthier. Not dirt tho. Lumos is a gorgeous scent. I really really enjoy both. Got compliments on both as a solo scent and compliments when I layered and mixed them.For me they are nuclear beast mode frags. They have a high oil content that sticks to your skin. The sheen is visable. DO NOT spray it too close to your clothes or it could show a mark. Allow the subsequent "cloud" from the spray (great atomizer) to hit your clothing. I did not get nose blind with either of these. I continued to get wiffs all day well into 7pm that evening and could smell the juice on my clothing in the hamper and when I grabbed them to wash the following day. Yea they both have really good projection & silage. They're just so pretty and ultra fem. I wouldn't classify these two as unisex alltho men can certainly wear them if they so choose :)They are factually Cruelty Free and Vegan. They ARE Leaping Bunny Certified! I love that. It's important to me.I am very very happy with these frags and cant wait to smell the others including some unisex juice. If you're on the fence and scared of a blind buy failure (I completely understand) I say gone head and take the plunge. It's what? 4 ten dollar bills for a huge 100ml bottle..........they're cruelty free...........vegan.........and they arrive in 2 days? Chile! U better get you those bottles!

It's a good quality fragrance, but not for me. The Patchouli takes over the fragrance. It just smells like sweet Patchouli. If you like that, then it's good. I was hoping to get more of the other notes, but I don't. It does last long enough. It lingered on me for hours. But, again, just not for me.

The smell of it is not over bearing it’s welcoming. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments. To me it’s like a grown woman’s scent which is great.

I love the smell soft and it does last I had to order this perfume.for the second time because the first time I never got it and I love the smell soft fresh. It’s like every day use

This is a beautiful fragrance however it does not stay on longer than 10 minutes. I was so disappointed to know that it’s not long lasting, but I would say it is really pretty.

The first time I purchased Merve - Ambre, I absolutely loved it! Such a beautiful, soft floral scent with a hint of citrus.The liquid was a pretty pink color. So beautiful in the bottle. I give it 5 stars!!!Then I ordered again and received it yesterday. The perfume is in the Merve - Ambre bottle, but it is a yellowish colored liquid. And, it smells quite a bit like grapefruit. I think someone accidentally put the wrong perfume in the Merve -Ambre bottle. I am very saddened and disappointed. I now give it 1 star. 😏
