I used this shampoo and the Phytojoba hair mask in the old formula for a number of years and loved it. I could air dry my shoulder length slightly wavy hair with no frizz. I stopped using it several months ago and my hair is now in awful condition and I can no longer air dry it because I have so much frizz. So I have gone back to using both again. My only complaint with the old formula was it was very thin and watery and easy to pour too much into your hand. This new formula is thick and creamy and you only need to use a small amount. It lathers well and the scent is even better than before. It’s a lovely soft coconut vanilla scent. It’s expensive but lasts me a long time and it works for me so I think it’s well worth it.

Yes, this shampoo moisturizes. It is gentle and clean. I am very elderly and my hair has gotten dry and almost wiry with age. This shampoo greatly helps the dryness. Love it.

Instead of hydrating and nourishing hair, in my opinion, this shampoo does the opposite and will cause hair to dry out and become brittle. Not a shampoo I would choose to purchase for a second time.

I like this shampoo- i don’t use it everyday because i like to switch it up- but it’s in my rotation. Phyto is quality product

This product truly moisturizes processed and aging hair. I live in the south and humidity is an issue and moisturized hair is actually less frizzy. Tried many thus rocks.

The old version of this stuff was amazing, but the new version is NOT the same. So disappointing. Now it’s just… fine. Not worth the price.

I've been using this shampoo -- and other products in the Phyto line -- for such a long time! This product leaves my thick, color treated hair soft and clean. And the fragrance is delicious. I usually buy this during my travels in France, but with travel restrictions in place, I'm so grateful to find it here on Amazon!
