Great! I have a dip hip and have been struggling with few body hugging gowns/ clothes. This saved me. However the seams are a little heavy so if you wear a clothes with materials like satin/chiffon / Lenin it shows. I have to wear another leggings/gym shorts over it . Otherwise great stitch. It is sweaty.

The pads are really thin. The material is fine with the lace trim.Looks good, but pads don't tend to stand out so it's purpose is not fulfilled. Overall it's comfortable though.

This time I ordered small size.. it's perfect for my. If anyone is wearing 28-30 size, please go for Medium size else L.. XL is for 36 waist size

It came in with a hole in the net area. I wasn't able return it despite it was an exceptional case. I wasted my 800 change for nothing as I had to throw it away. Very disappointed.
