The lamps look way higher quality than the price point. Easy to adjust the height. Lampshades were simple to assemble, I prefer a fabric lampshade which is an affordable subsequent purchase because these lamps are so affordable. The lamps are very sturdy if you have children or pets at home no worries about lamps getting knocked over. Overall I definitely recommend this set of table lamps.

These are great lamps. Very well made, sturdy and the light options are really nice. I put them together in 15 minutes. Very easy directions to follow. The three light options are very helpful. The pull chain to turn on and off is well made. The base of the lamp beautiful and heavy enough so the lamp won't move. Also, being able to adjust the height is great. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased this set of two black and gold table lamps, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. The lamps arrived well-packaged and were incredibly easy to assemble; it took me less than 10 minutes to put both of them together.The base of each lamp feels sturdy and well-made, and the gold accents add a touch of elegance to my room. The height adjustment feature is also a nice touch, allowing me to customize the lighting to my liking.The lamps provide ample light and are perfect for placing on my nightstands or side tables. These lamps are just as gorgeous in person as they look in the photos. Easy to put together, great packaging. Beautiful linen shade, three way warm lighting, adjustable height - beautiful lamps - look high end for such a great price.

These two lamps arrived in a very compact box.Inside were two low-density Styrofoam trays taped together to hold everything - and the foam had suffered an impact en route meaning there were lots of loose foam pellets floating around and sticking to everything via static electricity.The way it’s constructed, it’s not that delicate, aside from the marble base, so they really could have used formed paper pulp trays to cushion the lampshade hardware instead, and maybe found a better / more eco-friendly way to cushion the bases too (paper honeycomb or the like).The metal parts are well-made and finished - pretty industry-standard, and the lamp cord is above average.The shades themselves are made of a rolled stiff plastic or card material, with little clips around the edge that clamp onto the top and bottom lampshade rings, joined by a velcro seam.Be careful when unrolling and clipping the shade, because the stiffness may cause the shade to flex and bend in a way that leaves a permanent fold mark.The fabric side of the shade has a nice off-white linen-y texture, but I did notice that on one shade, the ‘grid’ of the fabric seemed to have been cut with a slight slant vs the other. If that sort of thing bugs you, you might want to shop higher up the price ladder.The stand raise/lowering mechanism is pretty simple - just a friction screw with a flap-style handle. Works well - we’ll see how long it lasts.The included LED bulbs are nicely bright at their maximum setting. What is a little odd is that there’s no straightforward “low-mid-high” brightness switching, or continuous dimming; you have to cycle between low-off-mid-off-high-off. Again, at this price point I can’t complain, but a simple rotary switch or dimmer knob with off switch would have been nice.

These lamps are perfect for my bedroom. The pull chain allows me to turn the lamps off and on with out reaching for a switch. They light in three different light settings, and are very attractive. They come unassembled, but are easily put together, with no tools.

There are many things to like about these lamps: the adjustability both in size and dimming, the basic style, and the affordability. The things I did not like, however, outweighed those. The photos of the shades do not accurately depict how marked the fake "linen"-like lines are on the material. They are large and dark when the lights are on, and frankly, they look cheap. In addition, while dimming is a nice feature, there were two issues about how it works that were a "no" for me: You have to pull the cord 5 times to get it to the brightest setting. Each pull is a toggle: 1) dim 2) off 3) medium 4) off 5) bright. It's not the pulling that is a challenge--but anyone who has had a pull chain lamp should know--they wear out. Given the nature of these lamps, I foresee spending much more getting them repaired than on the original cost. In addition, I planned to use them with smart plugs, and each time I turned them on, they reverted to the dimmest setting, even if I'd left them on a higher one. These things may not bother everyone, but the lamps do not work for me.
