You can tell some of the parts are used, As there was someones initials on them. Unable to fly this $1,600 drone. I have sent request for help, no one has reached back out. Would not recommend this seller.

Dble check what your ordering
There is no case. There are only two batteries with this order not three. I also could not get the DJIcare with this purchase.

Make sure to get the extended warranty. I crashed mine into a power wire and it was destroyed. They sent me out a new one within a week. The drone itself is great. First one I've ever owned. Has like 6 or 7 mile range as long as you keep the drone high enough for clear sight.

Why do I need to register this product with a Chinese company and provide my personal details?
The drone will not fly without registering it, so what's the point if I don’t want to register? I really don’t want to register this with a Chinese company. What happens if Donald Trump bans DJI tomorrow? Will it still fly? Why can't DJI allow this to fly w/o registering? I am not happy with this situation.
