This device is wonderful for making ravioli. I watched a video by an Italian gentleman showing how to use a KitchenAid mixer to mix the dough and then thin down the dough and it was amazing. My first attempt was a wreck, but his video made it easy to be successful. He recommended this device and we made our first batch with it and it was perfect. We tried a veggie mix inside and a meat mix and both were excellent. The device makes it simple to make perfect ravioli that don't fall apart when cooked. They were tasty and perfectly formed.

This ravioli press is well made, comes with everything you need, and makes the chore of homemade ravioli super easy. The only downside, and this very minor, is that it only makes eight raviolis at a time, I wish it made 10 or 12. It was also very easy to clean and the box it came in is slim and easy to store. Highly recommend!

Easy to use

Love the easy of use and how easy it is to clean. The style of the ravioli press allows you to add a decent amount of filling to each ravioli. I use this make over my metal ravioli maker.

Very happy with this ravioli tool. The ravioli are the perfect size and stay crimped together even in rapidly boiling water. I make big batches and freeze in vacuum bags. They keep perfectly.

This is a good product. It does make nice ravioli when you are a beginner like me!

I bought a different one a few years ago and I thought it was "okay," but also didn't know what to expect. I then bought this one and it's great, works really well, the ravioli just pop out when I turn it over. Love this. Now I make ravioli way more often because it's so easy.
