On my 1 meter strip 16 of the 60 LEDs ...
On my 1 meter strip 16 of the 60 LEDs did not function correctly. The strip worked properly once I cut those out and resoldered ends. I tried ESP32 and Arduino using 3.3v and 5v signals along with two different libraries (NeoPixelBus and FastLED) along with two different external power supplies to drive the LEDs. Power lines were fully decoupled and the signal line was clean. I would be wary of this manufacturers LED strips.
