So fast and easy. It looks so simple, but it works brilliantly. You twist sort of as finely as you want things to shred. Recommend to put the food around the middle, not directly on top of the middle. If there’s a particularly big bit that didn’t shred as well, you can just move it into one of the spikes. Done in 5-10 seconds. I did chicken thighs which were easy. I imagine as pork (like pork shoulder) is softer, that it’ll be even easier. Same with lamb. I’d like to try this on slow cooked beef and slow cooked jackfruit for Mexican night. Definitely worth the money.

Excellent product easy yo use and quicker for shred no time consuming

This thing is amazing for shredding chicken! My partner isn’t a fan of chunks and prefers it shredded, so I grabbed this to make life easier. It works like a charm, and I totally recommend it!I just toss it in the dishwasher, and it’s good as new every time. Without a dishwasher, cleaning it might be a bit more of a hassle, but still worth it!

Fantastic product and does exactly what's needed

What's good.It does what it's meant to do - shred meat, and quickly. This is a gadget for speed and ease, as shredding meat can be done with a fork, but as an alternative, it takes seconds to use, so great if you're batch cooking or feeding a good crowd.Make sure it's on a flat surface and press down hard when twisting to get the best of this time saving tool. To put into "real terms" I put 4 slow cooked chicken thighs in at a time and they're shredded in 3-4 turns (3-4 seconds).What I don't like - it's a little fiddly to clean BUT comes with a small scrubbing brush to help get in the nooks around the spikes.

This surprisingly good device shreds chicken, beef, pork and lamb with ease. I discovered upon first use that the length of time spent rotating the spikes results in different degrees of shredation (my word). So, the chunkier you wish the meat to be, the less you rotate. It is possible to shred the meat to near pate consistency if you wish (I did not). Very easy to wash and rinse clean under running water but of course it can be popped into the dishwasher. Final note: very good value for money too. I scored with this! 5☆ device.
