These are pricey but most of the electrolytes in individual pouches are around the same price. These aren’t filled with sugar and other stuff. It dissolves easily and tastes salty but good. You can mix with sparkling water or flat water. Drink this after a night of drinking, a day in the sun, exercising or just an addition to your water. Stop buying the sugary Gatorade and liquid I.v. and get these. You’ll feel great and be hydrated.

I absolutely love this product. It kind of tastes how I imagine original Gatorade taste but doesn’t have any of the synthetic chemicals and dyes that modern Gatorade does. I’ve tried this version and the hangover version and enjoy great results for improved health and replenishing electrolytes. I will say it is pretty pricey currently but hoping that might change in the future. Taste wise isn’t bad but if you don’t like a lot of salt I’d use a liter of water per pack. The powder dissolves quickly and is as easy to use as any other drink mix. My favorite part is it doesn’t have all the sugar and focuses completely on getting your hydration back up and getting you back in the game.

Helps with dehydration. I drink it when I feel like I’m not hydrated enough. Flavor is good but you also have the salt flavor with it .

Would give a 5 star if it were a little less expensive. The no sugar content is what drew me in to purchase and it still tastes great. Not like some other hydration multipliers that can have salinity, this is nice and makes getting your ounces in easy. Make sure you mix it well bc it’s strong if you get a chunk of it, but it does dissolve nicely, this was “user error” on my part :) felt increased hydration and energy and enhanced recovery. Trying to get more water intake in 2025 and this helps!

Tastes great. Watermelon is my favorite. Would like to see more flavor options and quantity options so that I can customize my own sweetness. Dissolves easy. Worth the money and feel the boost.

I’ll start by saying the ingredients looked great and the electrolytes in this product were what I was looking for. However I could not get past the flavor ( fruit punch). I drink electrolytes regularly and wanted some for a hiking trip to a high altitude. I decided to try Waterboy based on ingredients. I have used LMNT, trace minerals zerolyte, ultima etc. I am not expecting the electrolytes to taste great. As the ones I’ve mentioned are all sugar free and have a salty taste. This Waterboy fruit punch flavor I could not even drink. It has a chemical taste that I could not get down. I am usually ok with something not tasting great if it has the nutrition I need but I couldn't with this. I tried different ratios of water and it still didn’t help. Unfortunately I bought for $24.99 before a trip and now have to purchase another brand and get it shipped same day. I really wanted to like this and support a small company but this is not for me. I did send an email to the Waterboy company about this issue and did not get a response. Disappointed in this purchase.

I know it’s made an an electrolyte booster but if you are not a fan of salt, this isn’t the product for you. The heaviness in salt overpowers any flavor that you may get.I recommend for effectiveness but not taste
