Great for rehab exercises
We needed one band for my mother's rehab exercises. This is working perfectly for what we need it for. It was nice being able to buy a single band vs. a whole pack.

Thick and sturdy resistance band
The Lezer resistente band is of great quality and a good deal for the price. The bands are very sturdy and come in a wide range of resistance calibers. Buying several at a time will assist in moving forward in your fitness journey.

Stretch feels funny
Used many stretch bands before, this doesn't seem to have the flexibility of others. Still trying to get used to it

nice selection, and they feel really sturdy
I've had a few bands in the past, but I immediately throw them away if I see even one crack or see dryness - paranoid about one snapping and popping me in the face! Anyway, love the variety of resistance in this fresh set of bands, and I'm using them several times a week. They're a great size for most of the moves I do, and don't take up any room. I do a lot of functional bodyweight exercises anyway, so these have really come in handy to add more resistance and some other movements I hadn't been doing already. Great set!
