Cute doll but not silicone. 100% vinyl.False advertising. I would not recommend. Looks like a $10 doll from Walmart. Not worth $60.

Definitely not silicone but a very cute and life-like. I wish it was a little heavier but it is super cute and came on expected date.

This is a full body, hollow vinyl doll that measures the full 18 inches in length, as stated. She is not silicone at all, and it's very misleading to put that in the description. She is good quality vinyl and looks like a doll version of the photos. The photos look realistic, but this doesn't have the same coloring and her eyelashes aren't great. They're rooted, not glued, but messy and don't really match each other. All of her nails are neat and tidy, though. She's modestly anatomically accurate and her body is okay for the most part. Her head and limbs move easily, but some of proportions are off. Her feet are too big, her left thigh is chubbier than the right, and her butt is square and so flat that it looks almost concave. It's a bit weird, but you can only tell when she's undressed. One plus is that she can be a water toy for baths or pools. She comes in the outfit shown and has a bottle, magnetic pacifier, and birth certificate card. The outfit makes her look more like a boy, so I added pink socks and headband so the receiver knows right out of the box that it's a girl doll. She's not perfect, but is still a good doll that I recommend for kids from age 2 up through adult collectors. She needs a pretty outfit, though.

This reborn has a realistic face, but I immediately deducted a star for FALSE ADVERTISING of real baby photos in the ad. That is not what the actual doll looks like, though the doll may have been modeled after the real baby shown in the photos. I've seen this on other reborns, but this one ONLY shows baby pictures and no pictures of the actual doll. So I've posted a photo of what you'll actually receive. The other issue is that the head resembles a boy more than a girl in my opinion. The full vinyl body has girl privates, and the face is cute and realistic, but something says "boy" to me more than "girl".Anyhow, the doll itself is nice and kids will love her. She's expertly made with nicely drawn hair and closed eyes with soft lashes. Skin colors are good. The limbs are posable and easily move. The head wasn't loose as another stated. Maybe the plain brown clothes also contributes to the impression that this could be a boy, so perhaps you'll want to buy her a dress, or pretend she's a boy instead. Comes with a birth certificate, magnetic pacifier, and a bottle. Could've been five stars with photos of the actual doll, and perhaps a head swap.

Before opening my new bundle of joy, I was very impressed with everything. This beautiful baby looks completely like the baby in the photos. While out shopping, people really thought she was real. I'm in love with her.
