Following an accident some years my right leg is now 1" shorter than my left leg. These heel lift inserts fitted perfectly (I take size 10 shoes), and are very comfortable, after wearing for a couple of hours I forgot I was using the item, Would definitely recommend and will probably buy again for my other shoes.

They do the job

Useful when full length lifts can’t be used. A little hard / firm at first but does eventually conform to get a more comfortable feeling.

Been using it for several years now for sole support and a slight life.

These insoles seem very comfortable and shock absorbing, however they are far too bulky to fit in any of my shoes, especially the shoes I bought them for. Gave to my dad for his runners so at least they're being used.

Comfortable

Buy this if you need a solid height increase insole with decent cutout that surrounds the feet. Not the most comfortable insole as it's doesn't have much give. Doesn't really move inside the shoe which is good. Okay for jobs where you don't have to walk a lot, not great for long hours.

Very good product for a subtle but noticeable half inch lift. It's easy to be tempted by insoles that add 1" or more, but the truth is those won't fit in most shoes or boot comfortably unless you're wearing a size up shoe. Speaking from experience. These are ideal. They give you an extra half inch boost without being uncomfortable. You'll forget about them. I wear these in lace up leather boots or chelsea style boots. Anything with a high rise is best. My advice, purchase a shoe/boot that already has a generous sized sole, then put these inside. You're welcome.
