For a Medtronic 670G pump, it is an easy alternative to a fragile plastic clip or keeping the pump in a pocket. You have to remove any rubber cover that you use for protection of the pump in order for it to fit in the pouch, but the pouch itself provides some protection. Clip it anywhere on your pants and drop the pump in and go. Just know that if you need this for use in the classroom or someplace where you'd prefer to be quiet, the velcro makes noise when you have to open it to get the pump out.

Perfect for my tandem t-slim pump. Very durable and extremely easy to open and close.

I tried cutting the magnetic clasp out, but it almost destroys the bag. I was going to use it with the new minimed 670G pump. The new pump is a pain. The clasp does not let you turn the pump sideways like the older version does. If you have a slight belly, the pump digs into your waist. I have to wear the pump attached to my neckline so when the alarms start I can try to look at the face of the pump to figure out why it's beeping for the hundreadth time!!The clip isn't strong enough for my waistband and I don't wear a belt so it isn't useful. Minimed makes a holder but its $50.00.If you're a woman with large breasts, I'm not big enough, you could put it in your bra. Some I'm told, wear it in your sock but the VA won't carry the longer hose type and to hard to bend over constantly trying to read the pump.If you're thin, wear a belt and don't need to read the pump then it's for you. Remember that magnets will wreck havoc with the pump.
