These are very durable and easy to use- quick to freeze, and easy to transport. I used it for keeping insulin cool, but should have used two- one for each side, as they don't stay frozen for as long as you may need them to. In all fairness, they might stay cooler longer in a more insulated container/bag built just for that purpose. I improvised for a short trip and it kept the insulin at a safe temperature, but would be much better performance in a insulin travel bag/kit. Would be great for kids lunches as it's very durable.

Combined this with the USA Gear epipen case/bag, one fits nicely inside. Kept my epipen cool when out and about in a hot country. Recommend

Wanted these for a thyroid surgery - thought they would be perfect on my neck. If they’re cool enough to be mailable they’re not actually cold. If they’re frozen they’re hard as a rock. Warmed too quickly. Useless! Ended up using a bigger gel pad from my chiropractor instead.
