Scissor jack with jack Pad

Small, lightweight, good quality, and easily lifts my car for tire repair and vehicle maintenance.

This is a very nice car lift/jack. Our Mustang was ordered without the optional mini-spare tire, just an air compressor to get you to the nearest tire repair shop. But, I also included a tire hole repair plug kit and would need a jack to lift the vehicle to remove the tire in order to repair a small hole. It came with the jack, a nice bag, gloves, a long/leveraged ratchet handle to turn the nut that expands/lifts the car on the jack (my wife can do it thanks to its length/leverage), and a universal lugnut wrench with two standard size lugnut nuts. This is the `Lincoln' of tire jacks and I have no hesitation about recommending it for a family member or friend.

I needed a small-ish low profile jack for possible roadside issues with my very low car. This jack closes down to about 4" and my car has about 4" of ground clearance at the main jack point. I did modify the jack's saddle a bit to better fit my cars jack point. It lifts my small car with no issue and fits the main center jack point as well as the pinch welds at the corners. I really like the socket style "nut" cranking feature on this jack vs many of the others that use a loop. This set up feels much more connected when lifting and allows you to use a ratchet or even an impact wrench. It also fit in the location of the car's stock jack which broke many years ago.

The jack that came with my Toyota is too tall to fit under the vehicle with a flat tire. I got this as a 2nd option depending on what I need a jack for. It looks pretty well made. Metal is a little thin, but as long as the vehicle is on level ground it should be OK. I'll also be using wheel chocks when using either jack. The ratcheting handle is nice, but you have to get under the vehicle to operate it. I'll be making an extension for that. It is easy to use, but you should never be under a vehicle while using a jack without jack stands. The lug nuts wrench is nice. I haven't tried it yet, but does have a rubber grip on the handle. The sockets fit 4 different sizes. 2 metric and 2 imperial (SAE). Comes with 2 non-maring pads to keep from scratching off paint and causing rust. It all comes in a bag to keep everything together and looks nice. Should be easy to use. I wouldn't call it compact, but it doesn't take up much space. I'll be able to use this for my utility and boat trailers, too.

Well made, solid and sturdy. Slides easily under low clearance front end of riding mower. Lifting front end of 550# mower, no problem. (OEM tires on new Deere mower continually go flat & lose seal, so I have to get them up off ground to get them resealed & inflated) Love the bi-directional wrench provided but sometimes too long so I have to use my own shorter wrench. (This from 78 yr old not-very-strong widow)

Quick delivery from Amazon. I like the 17mm hex head to operate the jack. The ratchet works well, but I like to use my battery drill with the socket supplied. The jack easily lifts my pickup wheel, and is useful for lifting other things like the corner of my storage building to get it level. Jack works smoothly, has a large base and I really like the round hard rubber pad that fits in the center. They also supplied a spare pad. The carry case is a nice addition, as it keeps everything together and provides a grab and go feature when travelling. Great product !

This is a great scissors jack. The rachet handle is great for tight places. I got this for my golf cart but would use it for my car also. The long handle and sockets make removing lug nuts a breeze. A good deal at this price.

Poor quality material

Il cric viene spedito all’interno di una sacca nera ottima per tenere il cric e tutti i suoi accessori. Il kit è ben fornito e presenta: 2 tamponi di gomma rigida ottimi per sostenere anche altre parti del motore, un cricchetto leggero con esagono da 17mm per agevolare l’apertura e la chiusura del cric, una leva estensibile con 2 bussole ma essendo reversibili abbiamo a disposizione quattro misure: 17mm,19mm,21mm e 23mm e dei guanti di taglia M/L che vanno benissimo in caso di emergenza per non sporcarsi le mani. Il cric risulta molto solido e ben fatto, a banco presenta un leggero gioco ma una volta sollevata l’auto rimane in tensione e non sembra per niente vacillante. Ho posizionato il cric da 2.5ton nel punto di sollevamento anteriore di una Hyundai grand i10 e nel sollevarla ho notato che di conseguenza si alzava anche la parte posteriore e nonostante il peso il cric non ha dato segni di sforzo o cedimento. Consiglio vivamente l’acquisto per l’ottima Qualità/prezzo.
