Good value for price
The packaging was slightly damaged, but it was refurbished so I don’t mind. Over all this is a great deal for the price. The specs are great for what you pay. It’s sleek, compact, lightweight and easy to store. Initial set up only took around 30-40 minutes from start (I like to customize everything, but if you just want to up and go it’s very user intuitive. Seems to run quickly and the battery lasts fairly well

Inconsistent performance (frame rate speed)
Hello everyone. I have a very mixed opinion on this product. First and foremost, this laptop has constant issues of slow down. Upon unboxing, it was a genuine struggle to get the laptop operating properly. It took a day or two of use, but the laptop finally ran at a reasonable frame rate. For what the laptop has to do for me personally, it gets the job done. However, if you are looking for an optimal laptop that has high quality performance, this isn't the laptop for you.I will say though, that the battery life is quite reasonable, and as well as the quality and display on the screen.

Impressive Performance at an Unbeatable Price: A Review of the HP 14 inch HD Laptop
I recently purchased the HP 14 inch HD laptop with an Intel Celeron quad core processor, 8 GB DDR4 RAM, and 64 GB storage, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This laptop is incredibly fast and responsive, making multitasking a breeze. I also love the variety of connectivity options, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HDMI, RJ-45, and USB type A & C. The webcam is high-quality and works excellently for video conferencing. Overall, I highly recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a reliable and high-performance machine. I can't stress enough how exceptional the low price point is for this HP laptop. It's one of the reasons I decided to purchase it, and I'm so glad I did. For such a great price, I got a high-quality, reliable laptop with all of the features it includes.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!
This is the worst laptop I have ever owned !! And I am shocked being that it is HP. I have own HP laptops and they were nice and lasted many years with no issues. I have not even owned it a month and it has issues already...it over heats when its charging, I mean really over heats. And it does not like to start up the right way after charging to where I have to hold down the start button for 15 seconds let go then hit the start button again to hopefully turn on. And after it starts back up again I get a window popping up saying Chrome did not shut off properly. And its also very glitchy, screen flashing real quick. So I am stuck with it and going to see how long it will last as it will be too much of a hassle to return it and I guess its my own fault really for getting price happy...saw how low it costed and was on a budget at the time. Whats that saying ?? You get what ya pay for !! Time to save up for a better one. HP you let me down !!!

Good HP Laptop
I'm not familiar with Windows 11, but once I got it setup it worked great. I did some research online on Windows 11 so I made some changes. I like the SD module that came with it, gives me an extra option for backup. The one thing I struggled with was adding certain programs outside of the Microsoft store, but once I figured it out everything worked good. The laptop was preconfigured in S Mode, which kept pointing me to the Microsoft verified applications. Once I found out where to turn it off it was smooth sailing. It doesn't come with an Ethernet port, so I used a USB port with USB & Ethernet port connector. I like the Ethernet connection, but setting up using wireless worked good. I hope this helps.
