The liquid in the bottle was thick, gunky and looked crystalized. When I tried to withdraw it into the dropper, it was full of particles and would barely fill. There is something wrong with it. I went to return it and it said this product is not eligible for return. I don't know why as it does not fall under any of the nonreturnable categories. I called Amazon customer service and explained and they said they would refund me the money back to my credit card which was a relief. Buyer beware, I would not buy this product from this company. My vet recommended it for my dog, but I'm sure it can be obtained elsewhere.

The product came 1/2 liquid 1/2 solid and will not mix/combine. The solid product clogs up the plunger/syring so I can draw up much of the liquid

It was sticky, lumpy and very messy. Dropper was difficult to get the messy liquid into. Should have paid attention to the other reviews and comments. Have to find something different.

This is a liquid liver support supplement that includes milk thistle and several B vitamins. The B vitamins give the supplements a very yellow color. The product does seem to form crystals in the bottom of the bottle so shaking it vigorously may help to break those up. Ingredients seem to be high quality and this does seem to be a good product.My cat with an elevated liver enzyme won't eat this on his food at all. So, whether this product is palatable for any dog or cat is really dependent on their individual taste preferences.

I love that this is in a big bottle. I got it for my dog who has higher than normal liver values. We’ve tied to it old age as she has no other issues according to the tests and ultrasound we did. I figured this was a natural way to help her liver. She is not picky and ate it just fine in her homemade food. However, it’s super chunky. I’m really turned off by that and I have no idea if it’s normal. I shook the bottle a ton but I can’t get the chunks out and one of the chunks is lodged in the dropper. Is the liquid supposed to be on the thick side? It’s a bright orange color which is fine but the consistency worries me. I’m not sure if the bottle is old and that’s why it’s chunky or what the reason would be. I’ve stopped giving it to my dog after 2 days because the chunkinessp worries me.
