The gauge is small but they are sharp enough that it's easy as can be to get the price needed.

just re-ordered my second box of 399 lancets. Barely feel the prick and easy to use. Most days I don't feel a thing. I don't use a pen, just manually poke my finger. Definitely recommend for daily use.

Excellent..These have a collar on them that allow only the most minimal penetration. ( something that my CareSense do not have). Very pleased and recommend them for those who like the least discomfort..

We've only used a couple but they seem to get the job done. The first time I tried, it didn't seem to make a deep enough poke, but a little fiddling and now I think we've got the hang of it. They look a little flimsy like other reviews have said, but for the single use they're designed for, who cares? The colors are fun; my kids want to test their blood sugar now because it all looks so pretty, hurty fingers be darned!

This product is very affordable. The lancets are less sturdy than other more expensive brands, but you only use them once and throw them away anyhow - how sturdy do they have to be?!?!? They work just fine and are much more affordable. Will definitely be buying these again!

Ease of use.

Like the colors. They arrived intact and undamaged.At to the time I ordered, the price was $4.99 for a 399ct box, which is a good deal. Very economical.Overnight price jumped up $2 for the same package. This is no longer a good deal. I can get basic universal lancets at Walmart cheaper now.However, if price goes back down for the same box, I will reorder. If not, I'll pass
