New HP Laptop Fails Where 14 Year-Old Toshiba Succeeded
I purchased this laptop just a month ago, and I'm already experiencing serious issues. After logging in, the screen goes blank, and videos freeze after a short time. I've only used the laptop around 10 to 15 times for basic tasks, so this is extremely disappointing.For comparison, my old Toshiba laptop, which I bought 14 years ago and lenovo, my office lap top, never had such problems. This is actually my second HP laptop — the previous one also stopped working properly after just a few years of use. Based on my personal experience, I'm very dissatisfied with the reliability of HP laptops.

Charging, Looks like used laptop
I was excited on the time of arrival but not after that1. Charging is terrible, even if you didn't use laptop charge will drain fastly.2. Looks like used ones it is not đź’Ż HP very disappointed.3. It gives you very dull feel and look.
