This is a Magnesium Supplement from Mojo that has the welcome addition of Zinc and Vitamin B6. The bottle is sealed (as you would expect) but doesn't come with a child proof cap. The capsules are the traditional shape for Magnesium capsules but come in a gel outer so not suitable if you are vegan or vegetarian. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules so with 120 capsules you are getting a 2 month supply. To be taken 45mins before bed and not to be taken with milk. Ingredients may contain nuts, soy, or gluten.The active ingredients are a little misleading on the label and in the advert. Zinc 50mg (100mg in the advert), Magnesium 937mg (1252mg in the advert) but this is 'per serving' so we have to assume this is for 2 capsules as it states that this is the serving size. It does say on the label that these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. I must admit I am somewhat confused.Your Zinc RDA is only 11mg per day for men and 8mg for women. The daily RDA for Magnesium is 420mg for men (over 30) and 420mg for women. So I don't understand why you would take such a high dose in 2 capsules? It is also recommended that you take these with 'Mojo Recharge'.They are affordable at this price but I shall only be taking one capsule a day.

I take ZMA to help me sleep and I've found it very useful for that purpose.My understanding is the Magnesium is the main ingredient that helps with this usage. The help it provides for recovery is something I would appreciate (as someone who trains a fair amount of CrossFit), but is not the main reason for me buying.The capsules are normal size for a 'supplement', slightly bigger than a paracetamol, but not difficult to swallow (in my experience). They have no taste and I've not had any stomach issues with them - something you do need to be a little careful with when taking larger quantities of magnesium.After a few days taking this, I notice my sleep hadn't improved a great deal, so I consulted the label and did some research. It seemed that the dosage was a little lower than I'd used previously with other brands and so I went up to 3 capsules before bed and this did the trick.I can definitely say my sleep has improved since I started on 3 capsules per day - I feel it much easier to fall asleep and to go back to sleep if I wake up too :)

I've been using various ZMA supplements, or combining my own magnesium, zinc, and B6 for a while now and feel that it does give me better sleep. It's not a magic cure, but one of many small changes you can make to sort your poor sleep out. This one is much cheaper than some other brands and seems decent. I'd rather a pouch than a tub to save on plastic, but the packaging is good quality and comes appropriately sealed and clearly labelled.

This is a good mixture of Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin B6 which are often taken separately. Taking them together in one capsule should work out better value although at well over £10 there may be more cost effective alternatives.The major problem is that the description says the capsules are micro-crystalline cellulose which should be animal product free but the actual product says the shell is Gelatin and the packaging says 'Not suitable for vegetarians'. I must admit that the capsules look and feel like cellulose but I can't be certain. If that is no problem for you then these will be fine.

These come well packed.The capsules are easy to swallow.Used these for about a week or so don't know if I saw much difference.
