Nice product with good value.
Easy to use, work well, good value. They do not feel like the most durable phones in the world, because they are so light. I would probably prefer these to a heavier phone, though. These are good value for the price.

Mom is able to use them easily and is happy with volume. Only minor complaint is we haven't found a way to quickly clear all the missed calls without scrolling through them one by one.
