I've tried several medication Nebulizer kits and the medication cup would leak out the medication. This mouth piece securely attaches to the medication cup and doesn't leak.

Every month my son receives medical supplies from his DME but he only is allowed one neb kit monthly. Sometimes we have to replace it sooner than a month. I’ve been buying these kits for the past three months to work with his medical drive nebulizer and I find that it last much longer than the ones we currently receive through his DME. That being said, I also clean it daily with soapy water and dry well, so there is no build up. I am going to keep purchasing from this company because it is good quality.

Arrived very quickly. Works great with our nebulizer. Just what I needed to be able to breathe again. Did not leak solution into the air tube, which is usually a problem as parts age. Easy to clean and easy to assemble. Recommend!

Have not had any air leakage at all . it fits perfectly on my nebulizer machine , very easy to use . durability and comforts there in the size is perfect. I have two nebulizer machines that are different and it works perfectly for both of them.
