Ordered this for my partner as she wanted a new one and she is so glad I got this one.First off the look of it and quality is great, it doesn't feel flimsy or cheap but feels like the Stanley cups do just half the price. It really does keep the drinks cold, my partner loves an ice cold water and this delivers 10 times over, we usually put a couple of cubes of ice in and by the morning the ice still hasn't fully melted! Its also great at holding in all the liquid as she takes it around with her a lot which it doesn't leak or cause any sort of issues. It also fits perfectly into a car cup holder to make travelling around that bit easier.The straw is also a great added benefit to this as it makes the drink that bit colder too, she hasn't used it for any hot drinks yet but I would say that if the cold section is anything to go by then this will do the perfect job!

Nice and sturdy cup. Keeps my drink (water) nice and cool, leak proof, great colour selection, my only gripe is that the hole that holds the straw could be a better fit as the straw drops to the bottom of the cup which means you have to raise it each time to drink, that or the rim around the straw at the top could be a bit thinker which would stop the straw dropping down, but otherwise does the job.

It's a really great cup for the value and I was impressed it comes with cleaning supplies! Doesn't fit in my car cup holder unfortunately & taking a sip from the sipper part isn't easy n especially when the straw is also in.

There are pros and cons to this travel mug. Pros are its a good size. Looks nice. Doesn't appear to leak (yet!) It keeps liquids hot for 5 hrs I'd say. Cold I can't accurately say approx 8 hrs. Cons. Was very pleased with mug so purchased two more as gifts. 1st one, great! 2nd different box and only one lid despite description saying same as prev purchases. I returned & repurchased only to have same outcome. I kept a screen shot of "2 lids" description & contacted seller. Watersy have not replied since I pointed this out & after the screenshot but have changed the description but note not lowered the price. Not impressed. After all the lid will most likely fail before the mug.

This Tumbler looks good and is the perfect size for a nice big mug of coffee without being so overlarge that you can't carry it anywhere. It comes with a straw and cleaners and is just what I want to take on holiday for me and my partner to pop a coffee in there in the morning and water in it during the day so that the tumbler will keep it cold. This Tumbler looks really attractive with a good closing lid that doesn't leak. I am really happy with the quality. With one in Pink and one in blue, we are both happy.
