This same kit is available at my local grocery store pharmacy for a few dollars more. So for the price its a good value and it was fairly quick to get results. Of course, it still takes a few days since the sample has to be sent back to the lab via 2-day included postage. After they got the sample in, results were ready the next morning. Simple, effective, and easy to use. Would recommend.

I don't even want to give a star. Very disappointed in turnaround was received at the lab on July 28th and still has not been tested as of August 5th. That is not the advertised 24-48 turnaround. I emailed them a few days ago and they said they were behind. Yet, still have NOT received results 8 days after receipt of my lab kit.

Very easy to order, I use my HSA funds, very simple to use with great instructions and convenient. The fee for the test kit, shipping, testing are included in the price of purchase here. If you have a positive test result, you can consult with a medical care provider through their app or speak to your own doctor. I did not have that experience so I cannot speak any more to that. But the ordering sample collection and processing is very simple and straightforward and I really just enjoyed the convenience of this and being able to use my HSA funds. Definitely would recommend this kit for anyone who is sexually active.

I always get tested at Planned Parenthood, but my schedule has been so busy lately and one of my girlfriend used it and recommended it to me and I’m so happy that I just got it and did it. It was so easy to use and I just shipped it off and within a few days I got my results. I will definitely be buying this again.

If you're capable of following instructions than do it. I was tested negative and I was negative. If you still have doubts go to the doctor, it's not for everyone! Do your "do diligence"!

The whole process was super simple and private which is nice. But things are a bit too slow for my liking. Unless you test and send it off on a Monday/Tuesday, you should expect your results the following week. And then it's going to take another few days for them to get back to you regarding any treatment plan.I chose this over going to a clinic out of convenience, but I regret that decision and which I saved my $60. That being said, 4 stars because it IS convenient and easy and it seems like customer service is good.

Don’t waste your money. I sent in my sample 8am via fedex on 9/10, didn’t get my results until 9/17. It didn’t get to the destination within 24-72 hours, it took days, so the sample isn’t even viable anymore. Don’t bother with this, it’s a scam.

the STD testing kit was very easy to use. Results were fast. As with any test there is always some question about the accuracy of mail in tests but there is peace of mind knowing that these discreet tests are available.
