HIlarious!
I recently purchased this game as a gift and felt compelled to write a review due to its overwhelmingly positive reception. It turned out to be one of the best gifts I've ever given to a friend! After dinner, we decided to give it a try, and what followed was an absolute riot. Perhaps it was the relaxed atmosphere aided by a few drinks, but the game quickly spiraled into hilarity, and there was no turning back. The gameplay is fast, keeping everyone engaged and on their toes. The themes on the cards are incredibly imaginative and suggestive, leading to some truly hilarious moments. Players use their cards featuring letters to come up with answers starting with these letters (words or phrases), often resulting in fits of laughter.Highly recommended for anyone looking to inject some laughter into their game nights!

Very fun - brings the creativity out of everyone
This game was tons of fun. I found a way to play with my teen kids and their friends. I basically took out all the more inappropriate theme cards. I did miss a couple (oops), but made for a fun surprise when it was flipped up or if the kids saw the themes in another person's hand. For the most part we were able to keep it very PG-17 and lower. I can't wait to be able to have ALL the cards put together and play with our adult friends. It did take a little time for us to figure out and understand the rules. I googled and read many tutorials online as well (outside of the enclosed rules and instructions pamphlet) to double check some rules. Below are the main concerns/confusions, but for the most part we went with what made the most sense and went with it.1. The main confusion was figuring out how many cards one can use. From what we understood, a person can use up to 3 cards for a theme. Once 3 have been put down, the theme changes. From there we were confused if the same person can continue putting down cards with the new theme and if that person keeps going until they are 'stuck'? ****** What we ended up doing was player 1 could put down up to 3 cards on current theme. If that person put down 3, we flipped a new card for a new theme and went onto the next person who then could put down 3. However, if player 1 could only put down 2 cards, player 2 was allowed 1 card to finish the '3 card' rule for that theme. We then flipped a new card for player 2, who was then allowed to put down up to 3 cards for that theme. (So that's how we played)2. The other thing we didn't know was to know WHO went 1st and started the game. Because I set the game up with teenagers, we went with the youngest person and went clockwise from there. So overall, I didn't feel like the rules and actions of the games were thoroughly explained, making the players make their own rules along the way. I did like that the game LOOKS easy, but it's actually harder than it looks as each player really needs to be creative and make the words and quotes they create make sense to the theme. The cards themselves were nice to handle, easy to read the cards feel well made and durable. I like that the plastic around the cards when first opening the game had a perforation to tear the plastic off easily (pictured with an arrow).

Fun and Fast Play
Best enjoyed with adults in the room, but can be altered (with a bit of patience and some careful review) to include a younger audience by removing some of the more "suggestive" cards... so long as the adults present keep their answers mindful of the age group. That's not always easy if you are not used to being around kids, though. The "themes" are purposefully suggestive. That lead to a bunch of my friends being too busy laughing at what someone else said to try and give their answers. This game relies on being "fast" enough to get your cards down and call out a relevant answer. Those who are more deliberate in their thinking processes are not going to like it as much. Even getting your chosen word spoken as cognizant utterance does not go as well as you hope sometimes.Play is fairly simple:Deal 5 cards to each player and have them viewing the side with the letters for their "hand".Turn a "theme" card up.The first 3 players to slap down a card and spit out the word that fits that theme and letter are good. Turn the card of the LAST player in that set of 3 to the "theme" side, and proceed with play using that new theme. One player may put down more than one card, if they can get them down fast enough. The first player to play all 5 cards in their hand wins the round. There isn't any rule that says each player may only put down one card per "theme", so rounds can be pretty short if you have an especially witty player with fast hands and voice. My group made sure to enforce that only one card could be put down, then word spoken, before the next card by that same player could be put down. No "stacking" the cards put down. There are plenty of cards for theme play and this should be good for several nights with the same crowd. Hopefully expansion themes are in the works!
