The product is excellent to combine with a U mount clip/clamp of your choice. It was a hidden gem among the individual parts, but it's a must-grab item. Purpose: holding a UV flashlight in place for curing (both automotive windshield repair and hobby-related) Max weight load: 1lb or pushing at 500g U mount/clip: make sure to have a female threaded to receive a male 1/4in screw bolt, something like a "Photography Flashlight Mount Clip with 1/4-20 Thread". The common UV flashlight I use is between 4oz to 1lb. Any more than that, the mount clip will fail to hold going past 90 degree angle. If it's horizontal to verticle at 90 degrees, no issues at all. The suction lasts for around 30 seconds at 1.5lbs on the windshield and clean glass surfaces, and I even add a bit of fluid to maximize the surface-to-surface binding. I tried at least five different surface types, and at least 10 surfaces to see if it's the surface types play a role. Suction on smooth glass surface can fail before smooth ceramic, stone, or metal. Just test the surface suction with a light weight before you entrust your expensive light source to be mount-suction base combo.

Was a bit disappointed in these they don't stick well. I finally did use a little bit of oil under it and stuck it to a metal surface seemed to work best.

the pin on the suction cup keeps falling out, so I have to reseat it. Kind of annoying.

Initially these worked well and stayed up. However, after about a month they fell off. Now I have to constantly reattach it to the glass every few days as it gets loose. Wouldn't recommend this product. Past the return period so can't get a refund.

The three adjustable points function well. Suction cup has held steady so far mounted to a Motive Electronic logging device in a full day of transit.

These suction cups are perfect for the cars. Hang it behind the rear view mirror and you’ll the 1/4 connector to hang adapters for phone or action cameras. Easy to fix and Very strong suction. My phone and insta360 has not fallen even once. Good buy for less than $10

My camera screw size is small then 1/4, this screw size is big so don't send me 1/4 screw size it's not fixing
