Just got this, seems very good. Just an overview.BUILD: very good. It feels very solid and heavy. Comparable to xbox controller. But triggers are smooth finish, would have liked a textured or matt finish like rest of the body. There are two extra sets of joystick thumbpad.JOYSTICKS: again very good. No dead zones obviously, very fine control possible.dPAD: I personally like playstation style so can't comment. But feels colicky and feedback is good. Have to adjust personally.TRIGGERS: they are very sensitive and smooth. They can be locked which is rarely seen in such low price point.Connectivity: can connect to android, ios, pc, nintendo. Bluetooth, wifi dongle, wired. Probably only controller offering such features.Other: there is a app(android) through which you can basically control every aspect of the controller. From reprogramming every button function, trigger sensitivity, to adjust the joystick sensitivity curve. You can do advanced customisation with the app. Such customisations are rare in this price bracket.Hope it is good in long term usage.

Everything is very good quality the only 2 things I didn't like are the lb and rb are clicky buttons and lb rb lt rt are smooth finish not textured or matte so it can get scratches. Also there is no joystick changing instruction in the manual ( u have to just pull it straight up ), there is very low error rate in this controller .1 % circularity. Range is good but it decreases when dongle heats up (can connect to usb extension cable). The short trigger function is very useful for games like RL. Vibration is good too but not as accurate as ds4. I think this is a lot better than ds4 for pc 5/5

It checked all essential boxes which a controller should have.- Quality build, feels premium to touch- triggers, Tsticks and buttons are smooth and doesn't feel sticky.- hall effect triggers and Tsticks ,with trigger lock and replaceable thumb sticks.- back lit abxy buttons.- smooth vibration motors- even included an 3.5mm jack port.- 3 way connection ie wired ,2.5 dongle and BT.- a massive 1000mah batt with reasonable charging time.- compatible with windows mac Android and switch. Has a quick toggle switch in the backside.Though some things are missing which would make it the perfect product if present.- abxy colour scheme is missing. It's bland as white.- gyroscope is only available in wired connection and nintendo mode which is not ideal as the wire gets in your way. At the very least it should be available at BT connection.Overall very good controller to pickup and start playing.

There is a slight hick up when connecting to a new device but once done it's smooth sailing from that point. No lag in connectivity no drops good battery backup everything one could ask. Built quality is top notch I have a xbox controller it's basically same quality. Buttons triggers everything tactile and responsive. Only thing lacking is gyroscope that's only thing I can think top of my head that can improve it. Has wired connectivity wireless 🛜 concetivity bluetooth everything as advertised. And one more thing the head phone jack provided will only work in wired configuration that's not a problem since you can use Bluetooth headset for audio just an FYI

The media could not be loaded. Started great, ended in complete disappointmentI received the first unit on May 2. It worked well and initially impressed me, but it had visible scratches near the Type-C port and joysticks. The box was full of dust like it had been lying around for a long time. So I requested a replacement.The replacement arrived on May 6 and was an even bigger letdown. The dongle was broken, the controller refused to connect to my PC, and the sealed box was dusty again. The seal felt sketchy, like it had been resealed. Possibly a refurbished unit. When I somehow got it to connect, the left joystick acted like a D-pad and the D-pad acted like the joystick. Completely unusable.I tried to return it through Customer Service > Talk to Us > Choose Order > Controller > Return Product, but the AI kept saying my return window was closed and wouldn’t connect me to support. That was false. Oddly, when I went through Customer Service > Talk to Us > Choose Order > Controller > Review on Delivery Guy, I finally got connected to a real person.I explained everything and asked for a new replacement, but they said they could only offer a refund. I accepted it, but the pickup is on May 9 and the refund will only come on May 17, which is ridiculous.To test further, I tried using the controller in wired mode, and surprisingly, the joystick and D-pad issue got fixed. Then I reconnected the dongle and it started working properly. This behavior is extremely inconsistent. It has serious connectivity issues and refuses to factory reset.Be very cautious before buying this controller. The hardware feels unreliable and support is frustrating. Not worth the risk.
