Very clean cuts
I bought this for my home metal fab shop and a friend needed a bung welded into his exhaust and I’m also making a bumper with recovery points so I’ll need the 7/8 hole. I can see this lasting for dozens of cuts if not more so long as you apply oil.

Sharp, good on Aluminum
Worked well on 1/4" aluminum. Stayed sharp.

Buy it
I questioned these being worth the money, in that I can’t sharpen. I am double framing a truck. I purchased 3, 5/8 cutters. I’ve drilled more than 50 holes, in frame rail, I did have one shatter, 20+ holes in, but that could have been my fault for not being lined up. I’ve drilled 50 + holes, with two bits. 5/8 holes in mild steel is tough, I’m drilling truck frame. I bought 10 5/8 standard drill bits, hoping they’d be enough, with one man sharpening and one drilling? These are the deal, if you have the mag drill, buy them! I did keep them oiled/cooled, but that should be a given? Pleased!

Didn't Last Very Long
I bought this 5/8" Annular drill bit because, 1- it's an Evolution bit and 2- because of the high ratings it received, However, after drilling only 25 holes in 1/2" steel sheet for my welding table build the bit shattered. The mag drill I used has a water cooling port with constant flow through the center of the drill bit and keeps the bit fairly cool and lubricated during the drilling process. Not sure if it failed because it was defective or because of other reasons, but either way I was very disappointed, especially given the price I paid for the bit.

Great mag drill bits
Had some laser cut parts I needed to make the holes bigger. Not usually how these bits are meant to drill. They want to be drilling a flat surface. I went through a lot of other bits doing this and this evolution one held up better than any of them. REALLY good bits. Very happy

Durable bit
Great bit for the money. I drilled 30 holes in 1/2” plate. Used a coolant/cutting fluid as would be normal for using this tool. Picture of bit is after drilling the holes. There in no discoloration at the tip and it’s still cutting just fine. Worth the money and lasts if used properly.
