Ops-Core Picatinny Adapter

FAKES! BEWARE!The Ops-Core Picatinny Adapter from RageCams is NOT a genuine Ops-Core product and will not work with your ARC rails. I have tried two of these from RageCams and they don't work. I ended up buying another one from OPTactical, which turned out to be genuine when you compared the two products. The quality differences are night and day. Fake ones don't have the lettering on the underside of the item, and have molding marks on the locking tab, which itself is too big to fit in the negative-space slots on the ARC rails.However, I will say that Dennis from RageCams has been helpful with working with me on a refund, so far. Based on my conversations with him, I think RageCams just had a bad supplier.I supplied a pic for your consumer information. The two items on the left are fakes. The one on the right is genuine.

It fits snug and solid to the MICH rail-bases I have. I actually had to shave a miniscule amount off of each side to get it to slide on, but that's most likely because I'm not using Ops-Core bases.

Work in fast helmet rail.PlasticU can adapt any camera or lighti give 3 star just because the price is ridiculous expensive. Probably a pair for 20 bucks is better.

I don't know if I got a genuine Ops-Core part or not. I have a real Ops-core balistic helmet, and this piece does not fit the rails snugly, and the nub that should lock into the slots is far too big. Tightening the screw only helps a little. I shaved the nub some to try and get it to fit with only a little success. If I mount anything on this, it moves too much within the rail channels. Disappointing.

I was a little nervous at first because it wasn't fitting on the side rail of my tactical helmet, but just a little bit more muscle applied and it slid right to its position and made the most secure sounding CLICK' ever. Great price! Fast shipping! Most impressed.

Really nice item, I can mount a camera or flashlight allowing hands free. Easy to install on the helmet and rugged also. I wish ops core made this part of the initial sales package.
