Worked well for me Cooked and Smoked Fresh Trout perfectly .

Seems to work well, will be using it with less wood chip than recommended as flavour is a bit strong at recommended level**cook might be over doing it as hasn't read instructions I'll bet.

temperature gauge next to useless, no vent, very difficult to control and adjust the burners but well made, be very careful if you use the gel burners as the base gets very hot, I will be using it on a camping stove and have made some mods, as per photo, hopefully should be easier to control.

It states clearly that this product uses gas, it doesn't.

I recently purchased this smoker. This was my very first try at smoking fish. To be totally honest it hasn't been an absolute success so far. Nothing to do with the actual smoker though, which is a well buit and easy to operate aparatus. I can only recomend it!I am still trying to achieve the perfect result regarding the taste. This is a process of trial and error as there are no written absolute rules. My main problem has been finding the right wood chips or dust that fit my taste. All commercial mistures I have tried are a bit too rich to my Southern European taste. But I'll get there eventually! I reckon that is the fun of it!

Ce produit correspond tout à fait à ma demande. Il est simple, pratique, efficace et peu encombrant. Le thermostat est un plus pour la gestion de température suivant le type de produit à fumer. Mon 1er essai a été très concluant avec une longe de thon.Il est cependant indispensable de l'utiliser en extérieur (fumée et odeurs ) sous un préau par exemple. À noter également un bémol concernant la notice inexistante en français. Sinon c'est un bon produit que je recommande pour le rapport qualité /prix.

Un bello e ottimo prodotto per chi vuole una buona affumicatura di pesce. Facile da montare e facile da pulire. Puo essere usato anche sul balcone! Bisogna solo aggiungere al acquisto la pasta combustibile per i due bruciatori! Consigliatissimo per l'acquisto!

Excelente producto a un muy buen precio. Despues de probar un par de liquidos combustibles encontre un gel que me sirvió. Prueb y error. El primero no servia para nada. Llenando como la mitad del quemador y dejando a medio abrir el tiraje duró como unos 50 minutos y pude ahumar en la terraza con clima bastante frio esos pequeños filetes de robalo marinado durante la noche con 3 partes de azucar y una de sal. Resultado excelente de mi prueba.Con mas confianza probaré con salmon y tocino de mayor tamaño. Las virutas de leña son de la misma marca polaca, a la que le he comprado antes elementos para hacer longanizas (chorizos) y salames. Muy buena marca Browin.El termometro muy util para manejar el proceso.Muy contento con el producto.El transportista de entrega es el culpable de que no le de cinco estrellas. Al transportista le doy una estrella. Vivo en una villa chica y eso es un problema., En este caso dijeron que habian pasado a dejar mi orden y no habia nadie. Falso totalmente. Además me dijeron que tenia que ir yo a buscarlo a una ciudad a 40 kmts de distancia. Yo estaba a esa hora en mi casa y no paso nadie. Reclamé con Amazon y el comercio que vende Browin en España y califiqué con una estrella al transportista en Google Maps, donde habia otros como yo quejandose de mal servicio.Reclamos sirvió porque al dia siguiente me vinieron a dejar mi orden. Una lastima tener que trabajar tanto para obtener el servicio que uno pagó.
