I love this company. All their products are top tier. I’ve only taken this once because I just received them but everything is great so far. Easy to swallow. No bad smell. Taste a little sweet. No tummy issues and I took on an empty stomach. You get a lot for the money. I’ll update after I’ve taken for a few weeks.

I’m a supplement “arm chair” professor…meaning that I do a lot,of research on supplements for my and my families health and wellness. I don’t just order random things to try and give a half hearted opinion. Especially when it comes to something like a supplement. I was intrigued by this one, for the raw vegetable factor and also because my father for health reasons, and being on and off a feeding tube for a while now during treatment, cannot eat enough of the actual raw WHOLE foods that his body needs and this supplement has been great. Before he started taking these, I took it to his nutritionist to look over and she gave me a huge thumbs up…so I felt comfortable in having him try taking these. He’s tolerated these really well, compared to others that upset his stomach. They’re really easy to swallow also, which was a concern. His nutrition is much better with this on board when he can’t get it from foods right now. Do your research and I think you’ll agree.

This vitamin C supplements are great. It contains vitamin C and essential fruits and vegetables. These supplements have organic raw whole foods and vitamin C everyone needs!

There's a lot to like about Carlyle Raw Whole Foods with Ascorbic Acid Vitamin C. I like the brand and trust its manufacturing standards. What struck me first was that ALL of the whole foods that go into this supplement are organic. There are a lot of good ingredients included like Organic Sweet Potato, Organic Parsley, Organic Pomegranate, and Organic Beet Root. The list goes on to include others but those are the heavy hitters for me. I would have liked to have seen whole foods of Acerola cherries and kakadu plums included since those 2 fruits are the highest in vitamin C. But it does have parsley, strawberry, and several others that contain a significant amount of vitamin C.The vitamin C is Ascorbic Acid 500 mg rather than the calcium citrate I usually take. It also includes 250mg of whole foods per caplet. It comes in a caplet. Shaped like a capsule and built like a pill. With a coating over the caplet. I didn't have any unappealing tastes from the caplet since it is coated. Nor did I experience any indigestion.The supplement is fresh with an expiration date of Feb 2027. It's April 2024 as of the writing of this review so this supplement will be good for 34 months. I'll use them at one caplet a day in conjunction with a collagen supplement so this bottle will last 6 months.The bottle has a safety seal around the lid of the bottle and another safety seal inside the lid secured to the top of the bottle. Made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility.

Only wanted vit c - caused massive diarrhea

Carlyle is a major distributor of supplements and a brand that I trust. I suspect what’s going on here is that they decided to capitalize and piggyback on all the advertising we see on television for another well-known brand of fruit and vegetable supplement. So not only do you get a daily dose of C, but you get a wide variety of organic fruits and vegetables as well. I see no harm to this, and possible benefit, so long as you are not allergic to any of the added fruits or vegetables. I’m pleased that the added fruits and veggies are organic because I have read that organic produce is unlikely to contain the residual pesticides that are sometimes found in standard produce. These are ¾ inch long tan-colored caplets. The expiration date on the label is just short of 3 years from the date I received it. Overall, I think this product is a winner when compared to my standard 500mg Vitamin C supplement. At one caplet daily, this is a 6 month supply.

I'm reviewing Carlyle Raw Whole Foods VIT C, 180 Coated Caplets.These caplets smell slightly fruity and have a mild pleasant taste as they're being swallowed. They're medium sized, and I found them to be easy to take.I try to get my nutrients from whole food sources as much as possible, so appreciate how these caplets are made sourcing whole fruits and vegetables.1 caplet is considered a serving and provides about half of the vitamin C suggested for 1 day. At one serving a day, this is a 6 month supply.They come in a green plastic bottle (see photo). The pop open lid was shrink wrapped in plastic as well as having a tamper-proof seal. This lid is not child-proof, so be sure to keep these out of the reach of children. The expiration date is 02/2027.I find the price of $15.99 to be reasonable. I would buy these again.As a side note, this Carlyle Raw Whole Foods VIT C is made in the USA.

I absolutely love the fact that the Carlisle Whole Foods vitamin C is made with an organic Whole Foods blend. It’s made in the USA, non-GMO, vegan, gluten free and no artificial flavors or sweeteners. This is a great way to get your vitamin C plus some additional benefits from the organic foods. The pills are medium size, easy to take and have no strong flavor, but there is a scent to them since there’s a food blend included. The expiration is several years out so plenty of time to use. This is definitely a product I would purchase again.
