It is a good cheap table
It's sturdy and works. The price is good too.

Highly Recommended
Both my husband and I have disk problems and decided to get table because we've used them before. This one is very good quality, sturdy and fairly easy to put together. I think it took me under an hour to put it together. We both use it and found it helped alleviate the back pain.

Affordable alternative to Teeter
I bought this inversion table based on the affordable price and the ease of putting it together according to the reviews. I am a slim woman, live along. Also, I wanted an inversion table that is possible to fold if necessary. It took me about 1.5 hours to put it together, it includes unpacking and vacuuming.I feel pretty safe on it. I use it 3 times per day, every day. I have spinal stenosis in my lower back and neck, as well as degenerative disk disease. This table helps to relieve my pain temporarily. That's why I have to use it 3 times per day, but I don't stay for more than 3 to 7 minutes at the time.I did some reading and research about inversion tables. Teeter and Innova are probably two of the most famous brands. I can't say if they are much better than this one. I don't think that the heat and massage options are really necessary. I have a separate stone heating pad that is 100% better and deeper penetrating than a cheap one that is offered on any of the more expensive inversion tables. Also the pressure point balls are not really needed and can be painful. My main goal for inversion is to decompress my spine and this table does it well. Is it perfect? No. Can be better. The newest Teeter is probably better, but it takes more room, which I don't have and cost about 2.5 times more.

What else could one ask for, it's great!
Small tear on the fabric soon after purchase but this won't even take off a star. I mean, I didn't spend a grand on anything fancy here and I'm not going to nitpick for what it is and what I received for the price. I love my 5 minutes a day on this machine. Peaceful, breathe in, breathe out, relax... stretch. This is a solid, sturdy inversion table; it feels great at an incline, and performs just as I need and expect it to, and I expect it to last. 5 stars. Great value. One of my favorite purchases. Easy to assemble.

Amazing product
Easy assembly, comfortable, it is heavy duty, they didn't skimp and I like the safety margin the 300 pound limit provides me. Once it was assembled, the markings on the height adjustment bar are very easy to use. I'm at the 5'10" mark and my daughter adjusts it to the 5' position easily with just supervision keeping an eye on how often and how long she inverts. The cross bar with different positions to increase the negative angle is also easy to use and keeps the experience feeling safe and secure. The handles are well positioned to return to horizontal and resting before returning to the upright position to reduce/prevent lightheadedness. The wide cross body strap I wasn't expecting, makes sense, but never crossed my mind. The only issue I've noticed is mine is set up on a smooth floor and it will slide if I lean on it instead of stepping into the foot holder first. I've been recommending it and providing information to friends and family that saw my Facebook post, they're all surprised when I tell them the price so definitely great value for the cost. Slowly working my way to vertical hanging to really decompress my back, but I definitely recommend this if you're looking for an inversion table!

Less cost less but get what you pa_
Well I still hope there is relief but you should know it is cheap in quality, you will put every nut and bolt together (nothing is marked so your guess is as good as anyone what goes where, and finally you will be at a tilt there is no control over making it gradually controlled. Oh best have 2 people putting it together or be prepared to have your back out doing it by yourself. My suggestion would be spend a little more and look for it being put together as well as having graduated locks for tilt control.
