16oz Palm Tree Fertilizer,
So far so good with this palm tree fertilizer. I mixed it up according to directions and poured it around the base of our palm trees, and they're still alive and growing, so I'm optimistic about it. The product description title says it will make 32 gallons of fertilizer, but be aware that is definitely not the case if you use it according to directions. It says for small palms, use 1 oz per half gallon. That means you'll get 8 gallons total out of it. For medium palms it says to use 2-4 oz per gallon (I used 2 to be cautious).Using 2 per gallon is the same as using 1 per half gallon, btw. So the ratios for small and medium palms are the same, both resulting in getting 8 gallons of fertilizer. For larger palms, the directions say 4-8 oz per gallon. If you do that, you will will get only 2-4 gallons of fertilizer out of this bottle. The only way to get the 32 oz of fertiilizer would be to use 1 oz of solution for every 2 gallons of water. However, that's not how the bottle says to use it. So all in all, YMMV on this.

Tried it a few times but can’t see a difference
I decided to give this a try in hopes it would really work. I used it 3 or 4 times but so far I can’t see a difference. Maybe it just needs more so I’ll keep using it in hopes they just require a little extra.

Texas freeze battered palms are looking good
My dwarf palms really got beat up from the Texas winter and this really brought them back to life. Highly recommended.

Looks like it just might work
I have two large queen palms that are starting to look a bit pukey with yellowing leaves. I mixed about 8 oz. into a gallon of water 10 days ago and watered the sicklier looking of the two at the base of the palm with a watering can. I just did one of the trees to be on the safe side because I didn't want to kill them both if they didn't like the product. So far, so good. It looks like the top fronds have gotten a little bit greener. I will continue to use the other tree as a control. As others have noted, the math doesn't add up on the 32 gallons, especially if you have large trees. I think that I will get about four good applications out of this bottle.
