Be gone hairballs!
The snake effectively grabs onto hair and debris in pipes, like a determined angler fishing for the most elusive catch in the murky depths of your plumbing. Its 30-inch length allows it to reach deep into drains where clogs often form. When successful, it DOES transform MY slow-draining shower into a properly functioning one in a matter of minutes. One of the main advantages of this product is its simplicity. It's fairly straightforward to use---just some twisting and adjusting- and doesn't require any special skills or tools. The disposable nature of the snake means you don't have to clean it after use, which is a significant convenience factor - because let's face it, no one wants to befriend the hairball they just extracted from the depths of their pipes. The drain snake is made of thick plastic that can bend to navigate pipes. This flexibility allows it to maneuver around bends in plumbing, though the level of control may vary depending on the complexity of your drain system. At its price point, the Drainsoon drain snake offers a cost-effective alternative to calling a plumber for minor clogs. It's particularly economical considering you get multiple snakes in a pack. Also, unlike chemical drain cleaners, this mechanical solution doesn't introduce harmful substances into the water system. This makes it a more environmentally friendly option for routine drain maintenance. It's worth noting that the effectiveness of the drain snake will likely vary depending on the nature and location of the clog. While it excels at removing hair and soft debris, more stubborn blockages may require additional effort or alternative methods - or perhaps a small exorcism for particularly possessed pipes. In summary, this is a useful tool for dealing with minor to moderate drain clogs, particularly those caused by hair and soft debris. While it may not solve every drainage problem, I do think it serves as an effective first line of defense against slow drains, potentially saving on costly plumber visits for simple clogs. Hair today, gone tommorow!

This worked perfectly to unclog my small bathroom sink drain.
I have long hair that seems to end up literally everywhere it shouldn’t be - but especially down the bathroom sink drain. Let me be clear - I am not washing my hair in the sink but somehow those long strands end up going down the drain anyway with my son’s gobs of toothpaste he puts in his toothbrush only to wash down the drain because he decided he hates the toothpaste he just loved last week 🙄🤦♀️.Anyway, it leads to a clogged drain and me unwilling to admit to my husband that I clogged the drain again and need his help.So I ordered this and when it arrived I got out my trusty bottle of Thrift, got the hot water kettle going, and got to work. I first used the Thrift with the boiling water to loosen everything up. Then I used one of these nifty little tools to stick down the drain and pull all the clumps up. It is so easy to use! After just a few minutes I was able to run the faucet full blast with absolutely no delays in draining! Problem solved ALL BY MYSELF!I stashed the package of these in my linen closet for the next time I need one. You’re able to wash it off and re-use it so I can’t imagine I need the whole pack but it was a great value getting a multi pack and I’m ecstatic with this purchase!

Worked
Had a stopped up tub. Ready to rip up yup and dig in. This little thing worked great! Worked it through overflow and down drain. Clog gone. Will now be a weekly thing to remove hair and gunk. Good preventative tool. Also a good price for three of them.

Helpful and Inexpensive Tool
Works well in getting clogged hair out of my bathroom sinks and tub. I like how it's extra long compared to ones I've bought in the past. The barbs are large and very effective. Made well. Not flimsy.

It's disgustingly effective
Ugh, this thing was super effective. I did remove the drain cover, i know the pic shows the ability to put in a drain hole and while it would fit going down, the mess of stuff you're going to grab will not fit coming out.Easy to use, quickly grabs the hair masses.Used on long haired son's slow draining shower- so much hair, like a ferret sized mass of hair. Drain is fast again. Used in my shower drain- it drains fast, was not expecting another ferret sized blob but that's what I got.I know others have said it's reusable but- what you are pulling out of the drain is disgusting, the very thing that makes it grab the hair and gunk- the little spiky things- is the very thing that makes it impossible to clean off. They are super cheap, treat them as disposables! I'm going to keep these around always, just schedule cleanings cause- ugh, I had no idea what was in my drain.

This product does not work.
I tried using this plastic snake like tool to unclog a bathroom sink. It didn't work. Thr sharp little arrow type attachments that were to take out hair so water could drain actually broke off into the pipes actually causing it to clog more. I had to call a plumber who solved the problem.

Cheap and easy way to unclog drains
I've used these many times. With 2 girls in the house with long hair, our drains get clogged often. These work very well to pull the gunk out rather than throw chemicals into your system that usually go right through the clog. It's definitely gross, I usually use have paper towels nearby to pull the clogged gunk off the hook before going back in for more.DON'T FLUSH THE MATERIAL YOU PULL FROM THE DRAIN! THROW IT IN THE TRASH. OTHERWISE YOU COULD CLOG YOUR SEWER SYSTEM. I'VE DONE IT!!
