I needed this because I am the person who loses all of by adapter cables. It worked perfectly.

When I ordered a - "LaCie Rugged Mini 2TB External Hard Drive Portable HDD - USB 3.0 USB 2.0 Compatible, Drop Shock Dust Rain Resistant Shuttle Drive", I had assumed that it came with a USB 3.0...it did not. It came with a USB-C cable. So, I had to look for a replacement cable with a USB 3.0 on one end. Luckily, I found exactly what I needed. It was new, got here super-fast, was pretty cheap, and thanks to Amazon Prime...free shipping. I'm so glad I didn't have to get an adapter, and was able to get a single piece, solid cord, so I have a secure connection between devices.
