Fast shipping, excellent product as described. However, then the teeth started breaking off in my hair I believe due to the heat and cracking the teeth.I used this since Feb and it was too hot on the top 3 settings, I turned it down to lowest heat. I only used it 3-5 times per week only on the front of my hair so it did not sit on for extended periods of time.I think it is unlike a Marcel iron where you can cool it down (I'm a hairdresser so using Marcels comes with knowledge of a damp towel and cooling it down) But since you cannot with this it breaks the teeth badly, not just a few either, it almost not able to be used, I will not reorder this item.

This is terrible product. Brushes are all breaking off with few time uses. Very disappointed!

It said it would dry your hair with hot air, there isn't any hot air and it doesn't work on think hair at all.

Not work or do the "magic or fantastic" work the other customer claims it does. Don't know if they really mean what they said or is just fake or vice/prejudice review. It is my point of view
