Wow, did this save me a grip of cash. The quotes I was getting were outrageous. That’s why I began to research to see weather I could do it myself. The dealer wanted a thousand dollars. 😳 I’m completely blown away that so many people have to pay that kind of outrageous price. Hell, I was almost one of them.,They should be ashamed of themselves. An inexpensive part, yet surprising quality, that was very simple to install, if you are even slightly handy. Just find a you tube video to help guide you.

Fits perfectly

If you're too busy to install this (like me) and lucky to have an auto mechanic neighbor (like me) and the inside door handle on your worn out Chevy quit working (like me), this replacement is just what you need to order (like me). Neighbor told me it was a simple install, and I'll tell you it works perfectly.

It's cheap shouldn't expect the world when you get a good deal. It lasted 8 months. So I have to replace it again. that's a bummer. Probably going to buy something more expensive hoping it will last as long as the OEM. Update - So it turns out they don't make a more durable handle but you can pay more. I saw a review where a guy used a washer to fix it. If you take the broken plastic out of the spring. It will allow the spring to squish and much easier to add the washer. C-clip holds the washer. Took me five minutes to fix. Hoping this time it lasts.

Excellent price, perfect for, easy to install!

The kit has all the parts you need to fix a broken inside door handle on GM trucks. It was not real hard to do, but not real easy either! No instructions included so watch some You Tube videos. Snapping the handle onto the shaft was surprisingly difficult! I even put some oil on the mating parts but it was hard to push it in completely. I had to push and wiggle the handle up and down to get it to snap in. I was afraid I might break the handle like the original one. Finally went in and works as it should.

The handle didn’t fit. I had to modify it to make it work. It’s not that good took me over an hour to get it right I had to file and clean and it’s a joke.
