This was my first time using these and I bought them because I just started wearing invisalign and wanted to keep my mouth extra clean. Even prior to wearing invisalign, I would wake up every day with morning breath and thick spit in my mouth where id immediately get up and brush my teeth before doing anything. My husband likes to get up and have coffee and then brush his teeth after and I never understood that. It would drive me crazy if i couldn't brush my teeth within 5 minutes of walking up. Since using this product, immediately I noticed that I was waking up every day with no morning breath and no thick spit or nothing. I couldn't believe it. They taste awesome. They're extremely effective. I wish you got more in the bottle because trying to buy these for a hole family would be expensive but just for me, they lasted awhile taking 1 a day, here and there I'd take 2. During the time i took these, i also noticed a difference in my gut health. I'm about to order another bottle. I highly recommend them!

I love this product! I take it every night after brushing. It helps with probiotics for gums and teeth. And the mint flavor is delicious!Highly recommend

I've had a recently developing problem with dry mouth from my cpap machine, after decades with no problem. Rather than chew these tablets, I just let them sit in my mouth, often between teeth and cheek, and they keep my mouth moist most of the night. Better than the xylitol type ones that the DME recommended.

I love mint but they over did the stevia which reminds me of when as a kid 40 years ago I tried moms artificial sweetener straight. Starts out like chewing cardboard but then you hit this hard crystalline center used for a week now and don’t know if it’s doing anything. I do think that probiotics could improve dental health I studied science in college and we did a fun experiment in microbiology testing our mouths which showed weather our saliva and microorganisms were good in helping prevent cavities and such at 20 mine were good but years and antibiotics and other medications I’ve been having some trouble. I also have seen the improvements of gut flora with the use of probiotics and make fresh yogurt after every bout of antibiotics for my husband who would attest that he feels better! So I think they are a good idea just not sure about these! Think I’ll try another brand

This chewable pills taste really bad, like foul or bad breath. Even if they contain mint, they are awful. Even after washing teeth, eating ect. the next day you still get the bad taste of this pills. Will not buy them again. I found another brand "Oral Health" Advanced oral probiotics which is way better. Best chewable pills are OIHCH brand Oral probiotic but they are not available.
