The active ingredients list for these “Natural Muscle Support Supplement for Active Adults - Herbal Muscle Recovery & Builder” was unlike any supplement I normally take so I wanted to give it a try. The serving size is four a day. I normally avoid supplements where the serving size is more than two a day as I find it hard to remember to take that many pills throughout the day. With any supplement, I think you have to give it at least 30 days to see if you notice any change. The pills are easy to swallow and did not upset my stomach. I have taken these for about a month and haven’t noticed any difference at all so these aren’t something I would repurchase.

Went on a 7 mile hike and took this the few days afterwards if it weren't for this I wouldn't have been moving near as much it is a great product without a lot of unnecessary additives.

I am Loving this supplement. This is adding to my hard work at trying to stay healthy.

Love the ingredients, it's all natural and vegan. No side effects. Taste is good and price is reasonable

Can't speak to the effectiveness of this supplement or not, my body seems no different after taking these but that's very subjective. They are made of what seems like nice clean strait forward ingredients and no problems there. Easy to take, I've had no bad aftertaste or issues.
