Arch support not adequate
It is an average product. There should have been more arch support. Cushion is ok.I think most people would buy it for a comfortable arch support which it does not provide.I bought 11UK size and it fits good.

Thickness is vv low.
Product quality is vv poor it's thickness very thin. Even after return they have sent me the same quality. It's not expected from Amazon.
